            At this point all i do is eat sleep and train. I dont think i could ever forget to eat. My stomachs gonna have to get use to the food. If i ever come close to gettin beat by the log book all of my food intake will increase.

                              I am glad I put my log book on the computer, cause I chew up my paper log on the way to the gym every workout, I figured it out, each piece of paper has 9 calories, 2 carbs, .8 protein and 0 fat, so I try to get a book that has at least 100 pages...
