i have decided to start getting my protein supply from trueprotein.com Massive G was the one to convince me that there is no better brand out there. the question is that i am on a strict budget so i can get the best my $ can get me. would you recommend just ion exchange or concentrate? or perhaps some sort of blend? i need something that is quick enough for a postworkout dream but that i can also consume late in the afternoon

Post workout: their new Cold Processed WPI. I think it's about 6.49 per lb.
During the day use: 25% Cold Processed WPI, 20% Milk Protein Isolate, 20% Egg White Protein, 35% Casein. -
