  • Doggcrapp for ectos?

Okay, iv'e been doing a lot of reading about Dante's training style but i got a question. i'm pretty skinny but fairly muscular. i was wondering if this training would work well for me or is it more for the guys whoi are already a bit bigger.

i saw the pictures but wasn't sure if he designed his style after gaining some decent mass. the reason i ask is because massiveg over on muscle mayhem said he tells 99% of the people who ask him if dc is right for them no after reading there stats. thanks for the help. i have no problem following this to a t. i am very dilligent i the gym and i enjoy working my ass off. for some sick reason i like the pain

follow it, but only if you want to get BIG. Hopefully you won't have a problem training yourself to eat that much food.

            good luck!

beleive me i got the food in order. i get roughly 4500-5000 calories in me a day and 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. i dont know what the deal is but i have an insatiable appetite. i'm always hungry

heavy hitter, To tell you the truth, DC designed this program in mind of people who have been training for some time and have tried all other or most programs out there and are stuck with their size and need help.

This program is very tough to do, a lot of people think they are doing it, but in reality they are not even close, if you do this program correctly you will make the most gains of your life and you will be the strongest of your life.

If I was just starting out with lifting I would not even attempt this program, it is way to tough for a beginner, not only body but in mind...

I am a fat boy by nature and I have been working with him for over a year now and it works fine for me. I got a little carried away with my eathing this winter but that has been corrected. The only thing I can say from my experience if you are a bit on the chubby side naturally is to mind your carb cutoff and eat fairly clean only a lot of clean food.

i decided to start dc training yesterday and it was great. never been in so much pain in my life. i went fairly light so i could figure out how much i could lift since im not used to slow negatives and rest pause. the lifts weren't all that immpressive but it felt great. First things first though the extreme stretchesw hurt like hell. especially the shoulder stretch. by the end of 60 seconds i thought i would die. i also got some hella strange looks when doing the chest stretches and the rack chins. oh well. i'm really sore today and i'm loving it.

heavy hitter, Congradulations on taking up this program, don't worry bout the weights, this is not an ego program, we all lift light around here, but as you go you will get very strong and your weights will go up for sure...
