  • 1st repeat of Day 1 - workout 1

    Very pleased, this was 1st time repeating a workout same exercises, this is fast process:

    Bodywieght up to 241lbs (1st time past 238) (about 6 lbs in 2 weeks)

    Incline Barbell press
    working set: 295 x 8-3-2 (up 20lbs)
    Shoulder press barbell 225lbs x 8-3-3 up 20 lbs
    Skull Crushers:
    145x10-3-2 UP 10lbs.
    Rack chins to front
    105lbs X 8-3-3 up 10lbs
    Rack deads:
    last heavy set: 425x6 up 20lbs,

    Very pleased so far.

          Cool i just repeated my first day in the cycle too. I maded 22lbs(10kg) gains in all lifts except pulldowns which was 11lbs(5kg).

          Congrats. Continue working hard.
