    2. Behind Neck Press on Machine

    **had to stop from shoulders!!!

    3. Dumbell Skulls (2 dumbells)

    70x7,2,1**Nice pump

    STOPPED! Right shoulder was really hurting. Ugh. It's always something. :wink:

    Bro, are you doing true DC training? If so, why did you do the drop set on DBs and two sets on Behind the Neck Smythe? Just asking since I really don't know your situation...no offense...

      I can sum it all up: Bum shoulder

      I will have to work around my shoulders somehow. Most likely I will do just laterals for a while till I get this issue worked out. Pressing movements over my head KILL me.

      The behind the neck press were just warm ups and then I stopped. I didn't want to make it worse. I gotta figure some things out to work around this.
