i don't know if this happens only to me but since i been training with dc methods i sweat buckets at the gym. i am talking about my shirt and sweats completey soaked! i look around and no other gym member including some of the bigger guys sweat like me. am i doing something wrong? am i exerting too much during the workout? should i back off and do not train beyond failure? no joke, but by the time i am done with my first rest/pause + static + stretch exercise for chest (for example), i look like i been taking a shower with my clothes on!!!
