What are some ways to increase your vascularity? Obviously having low BF is the biggest thing... but are their supps you can take or certain things you can do to increase vein visibility as well? I heard something about potassium making you more vascular? Just wondering what people think... thanks....

Train in a manner that increases blood flow in the superficial subq veins. This basically means train in a manner tha demands high levels of blood flow as well as heat dissipation at the skin.

Train to failure a/o w/ short rest intervals so that vasodilatory metabolites will accumulate to promote blood flow. (I wouldn't do this just for this reason - I'm not advocating high volume training here.)

Train where you are sweating and getting (reasonably) hot - this will cause vasodilation for heat dissipation.

Basically, train hard, sweat and get shredded.

Also, I have hear some like EQ for this purpose. Anadrol will increase blood volume, too.

Aside from being someone who got ridiculously lean, Rich Gaspari also used to train covered up (keeping him warm) and had *silly* *STUPID* vascularity.

I've seen your pics but damn brother, always looking good.

To answer your question, I was going to say EQ at least some would say but I've never really noticed a difference.

The face is always the last spot to come in... LOL.

I need to get some new photos, but my camera doesn' have USB and the old laptop I used before is totally crapped out. (Won't start up at all.) I need to buy a new camera / camcorder (which I've been saying for a long time).

I'll have some soon, though. ;^)

what i don't understand is why is it so much harder to get veins on the legs than on upper body. i have a lot of veins on my arms, shoulders, abs, and even back. but very few on my lower body

I don't know if this matters, but do you flex your upper body alot more than legs?
I could be way off here, but I don't care about veins, only the ones running down the fronts of my Biceps!

well, i figure since we use our legs a lot outside the gym (walking, standing, etc.) they should get more vascular than upperbody...maybe not!
