Two quick questions...Today was my first day of work after training for two weeks, so today(friday) kicked my ass pretty good, as it was more than sitting in the training room!! If i take today off, I complete my workout tomorrow right?, then rest sunday, and continue as planned monday?
Also, on the chest stretch, say if I do decline presses, should I stretch on the decline? Or flat for all chest stretching? Thanks for the help.
