no, i think the reason he says is, he was always quiet for years on the various boards, and one day he decided to leave one post on animal's board of some of his ideas (CFP), and just randomly choose doggcrapp. and the rest is history.

i like the first version though, lol.

lol, good point. VG, I tried those pancakes but made them a little differently. Used chocolate powder and did not use a banana. They were uhh..unpalatable. You got any other similar recipes, bro?

Kidrock's Lady, I am the chief. The chief of beef, the pimp of shrimp, The Dante' of Entree', but no I'm not a chef. Never went to school for that. I like to look at myself as a self taught cook or chef. I have 15 yrs cooking experience and I ain't talking about chef boy r dee neither. I am actually in the car business. My family is very close friends with another family that owns several restaraunts in this town. I was always in and out of his kitchens. Plus I am always cooking my own meals everyday. Some meals I cook enough for 4 days, but most are cooked fresh. Bodybuilding and eating/cooking, go hand in hand and they both happen to be my favorite hobbies and interests. Posting my recipes is just my way of giving to the board.

Richard 85, Italian food is good don't get me wrong, but its not one of my specialities. To be a true Italian chef it takes a lot of knowledge and a good year or two of training. Unless you grew up in "da family", but I didn't. But maybe you have a favorite dish I can help you out with. Who knows. What is your favorite Italian dishes?
