  • Hi: I'm Shawn

    I weigh about 270 and am 6'. Not a real pretty build but pretty lean powerlifter type. I have a vid clip that I emailed to DC but I can't seem to post it for some reason. Maybe he can if he has time?

    I have alot of issues of muscle imbalances regarding my powerlifting background.

    I have been resistant to Dogg Crapp but I am really liking the more I read. Imagine that: READ and NOT post.

    Best lifts are: 830 squat, 710 dead, 530 bp.

    This past march I was closing in on 1,000 in the squat and 800 in the dead. Ummm, no the bench was STILL about the same. Since getting hurt I have putzed around but obviously injuries suck and can be pretty damn depressing.

    New goals:

    1. Get arms over 20" (grow some biceps...all tris now!)
    2. Balance physique although get legs FREAKING HUGE!
    3. Get over 300 lbs

              Thanks guys. Yes, I am still an asshole. But I like this system and want to work with it. I think my powerlifting days are FINALLY done. Time to grow some lats and biceps.

                Well Shawn you are strong as all fuck, but it is impossible to be hard-headed on this program. It is great to see that you have come around, though. Tell me though, what made you choose bodybuilding over your beloved powerlifting? Just want a more complete physique or...?

                  Injuries. I have no desire to be a competitive bodybuilder. It doesn't interest me. But my overall health with my powerlifting has declined. I can't keep going that way. I can barely move my arms when I get up in the mornings. I am just wanting to get more proportional and heal up my body.

                    Don't underestimate competitive bodybuilding - it can be very healthy and a great way to heal up the body... <Snicker>

                        some strong ass lifts bro,,, it is obvious you have a nice base to work with. You will have no problem fixing your imbalances

                          hey shawn, good to see you are going to post over here. dante forwarded the video of you doing 765lb. squats for reps to post. i will post the video tomorrow, when i am in the office.

                          you guys have to see this, f-ing 16 wheels on the bar. he is absolutly strong as an ox, and these aren't some 2 inch squats either.
