    I forgot how good of an exercise those are until my rest pause set this AM, then limping up the stairs at work!(feet high on platform and wide, only touching with heels)

      What is the range of motion you use? Should you risk rolling your hips up?

          I guess I will have to go light on these for a spell to see how my lower back and glutes can take the stretch.

          I could do these on hacks too right?

            Knee's down to chest, if you set angles correct, your lower back stays on pad no problems.

                  For me very low, I have back rest on lowest setting, but i have long body and short legs.

                    James, Everyone is a little different with their frame size and type of Sled, so you will have to see where your mark is...

                      silverfox - this is a great hamstring exercise. kidrok and i have been doing these all winter long. usually 8-9 plates a side for 12-15 reps, very controlled with a good squeeze at the top.

                        You can always keep your back from rolling up if you put your head back on the pad and lift your rib cage up and hold your chest high
