Thank You True Protein

I just wanted to say a big thank you to TP for the order i recieved yesterday.

I placed the order about 10 days ago and i received the order yesterday, everything was double bagged, sealed very tight so NOTHING had been wasted also there were no customs chrges when it was delivered which i have had before!

It all this was an A+ Grade company and will be using them as long as they are in business.
Totally proffesional and totaly reliable!!

I'd also like to thank true protein. I got my first order of protein last Friday of 25%concentrate 75% Ion exchange, chocolate flavor and the stuff is great. It was shipped out almost immediately after I placed my order and all of my questions beforehand were answered promptly. Also the shipping time from California to New york was not as bad as I thought. 4-5 business days.

Yoy guys would be surprised, since I only work about 30 minutes from true protein I had a small order of 20 lbs and this huge box showed up at my warehouse, and low and behold when I opened it, tpc jumped out with a new flavor of Ion Exchange Whey, wow I was suprised to say the least, I graciously accepted the new flavor from him then I proceeded to tape him back up in the box, slapped a ARS UPS label on the box and shipped him right back to his warehouse, what a nice guy he was...

We're just glad you accepted the protein as a food source and not tpc!!

How did you not incur customs charges? What shipping method did you use? I always get shafted with brokerage fees especially if I use UPS.

we do not use UPS for foreign order A. because it is very expensive, and also B. you always get screwed with brokerage fees too.

we always use USPS, and we haven't really ad any problems with them. except for some late packages, when we used parcel post (surface). for USPS airmail is recommended. you get the package in 4-10 days. it is a bit more than parcel post, but parcel post can take up to 5-6 weeks to get to you, even in canada.

I bought about 10 lbs of the whey concentrate just to test TP out since i heard all this hype. I thought it probably was a good company but people might have been exagerating about it because everyone likes DC so much.

I'm not impressed easily and this stuff far exceeded what i thought. This stuff mixes instantly and is so light. Like drinking flavored water. Absolutely no bloat either. This stuff is better than Isolates i've bought off companies.

I think i will be a customer for life
