Id like that too because when I have to change an exercises sometime it is hard to find another one that is good for the DC system.

          good idea

I like the idea, I need some ideas for hamstrings because my current gym has SHIT for equipment. I'll start with what I'm doing right now. Some of these are pretty common but it's a start none the less.

Chest: Slight incline smith, high incline smith, decline smith

Shoulders: smith shoulder press(front), smith shoulder press(behind the head), and push press (like a standing barbell press)

Tris: skullcrushers, close grip smith, weighted dips

Back Width: wid grip pulldowns(front), rack chins, wide grip pulldowns(behind the head)

Back Thickness: T-bar wide grip rows, bent over barbell rows, rack deads

Bis: seated dumbell curls(both arms at same time), standing EZ-bar curls, preacher curls

Forearms: DB hammer curls(alternating), reverse grip EZ-bar curls, reverse grip preacher curls

Calves: leg press calves, standing machine calves, seated calves

Hammies: lying leg curls, straight leg DL's on platform, not sure for third?

Quads: Leg press, Squats, Hack Squats

Tomorrow is my 6th workout of this blast so I will have completed all of these. Not sure what else to do for hamstrings though because we do not have a seated leg curl and I tried doing them on the leg press once and just couldnt feel it anywhere but my quads. SOme other things like calves.... if I didn't get stronger in one of them I wouldn't know what else to switch to? Maybe if other people post their exercises I will get some ideas. Anyways, as long as your killing that log book you don't have to change exercises TOO often. LIFT HEAVY, EAT HEAVIER, AND GET HUGE!

James, are you sure you were doing the "ham press" correctly? If the platform allows, hang the top of your feet off of it. Push with just the heels in either case.

JP, Remember it all depends on the Leg press you have to do Sumos, it has to be the right fit, we have three sleds at my gym and none of them work more gooder than the other, nice language huh...

Hamm (leg press) the only way I can get a good workout for me, is by putting my feet near the top and turns my toes out to the side of leg press. Kind of like I am walking with clown shoes on.

Yes, but unless you've trained with one set before, how many people would guess it could work so effectively?
