VG... need help with chicken

ok. the long and the short of it is im a shitty cook. and i, for the life of me cant cook chicken properly. its always uber dry or extremely slimy. whats a good idiot proof recipe or two, that even the worst cooks cant screw up.

ps. are you suppost to broil it?

This is for baking chicken breasts. Season them however you'd like. Preheat the oven to 400. Put the chicken in for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Let the chicken stay in 10 more minutes. THis works great for me, but each oven is a little different. You can do whatever teh hell you want with chicken. Pan fry it in some Pam and mixed vegetables until done, chunk it on the Foreman grill, whatever.
