I'm confused about what order to work the bodyparts in and when to do the extreme stretching?
What order do people do their exercises?
Chest (stretch here?)
Back (stretch here?)
Shoulders (stretch?)
Triceps (stretch again?)
OR
CH
SH
TRis
Back
or should one do all the pushing exercises first (ch, Sh, Tris) and then stretch all of these and then do back? Does this leave you too fatigued to do back properly doing it this way?
OR can you do all your stretching at the end of the workout?
I'm trying to get it all down before I start.
