  • Some Questions...

I have a few questions about the DC program.

    1. You do a total of about 12-15 reps per exercise (not including the warm up)?

    2. Around 8-10 the first time around, 3-4 the second, and 1-2 the third?

    3. The rest pauses should be around 15-20 seconds in length?

    4. Once you finish the last 1-2 reps, how long do you wait before begining the static holds?

    5. Static holds shouldn't be done for legs and for back or is it just legs and back width?

    6. How long should the static holds last?

    7. Once you finish the static holds, how long do you wait before begining the strech?

    8. The streches should be held for around 60 seconds?

    9. How long should you wait after finishing the strech before moving on to a different exercise for a different bodypart?

I'm assuming that workout one has to go in the following order and should not be rearranged:

    chest
    shoulders
    triceps
    back width
    back thickness

    ...and workout two:

    biceps
    forearms
    calves
    hams
    quads

    Thanks in advance.

    1. We generally stay between anywhere from 8-30 reps, depends on the exercise.
    2. Sometimes you will reach those numbers and sometimes you will not. For instance, sometimes I may get 12 on my first mini set, but only get 2-3 on my second and 1 on my last.
    3. Do not worry about seconds. Just get in your 15 deep breaths.
    4. I usually take about 10-12 more deep breaths.
    5. Usually the muscles that we rest/pause we also can do statics on if your recovery ability permits. There are some exceptions though.
    6. You shoot for 30 seconds, but usually it doesn't last near that long. Usually ends up being a little more than 10.
    7. I just take a few more deep breaths and go for it.
    8. Yes, the goal is 60 seconds.
    9. It does not matter, take as much time as you need.
    10. Yes, you are correct. The workouts should NOT be changed unless you get permission from Dante.

Not as big as they should be. They are definitely my weakest body part. I don't have a tape measure handy so I can't give you an exact number.

That's right, tell Inhuman that they're small, cause most around here know that he likes to chomp on forearms.

l6873 leaving an exposed forearm while Inhuman is around is kind of like trying to pat a starving fully grown male lion with A1 steak sauce on your hands. This forum used to have over 1000 members to it, I think its down to 250 now and we cant figure it out....but Iceman hooked up a WAV file to Inhumans posts and there was alot of belching, burping, (and people screaming) in the background. Chicken, steak, a quadricep, it all looks the same to him--you are forewarned
