I train with my wife. She was making resonable progress for a succesful corporate emplyee, mother of 3 young children etc.
A little over a year ago I introduced her to DC's training and dietery principles. One working set, rest pause, beating that damn log book, 2+grams protein/Lbs. etc.
She now credits DC with her amazing progress, as do I.
So I thought I should drop by the Dogg Pound and give credit where it is due.
