  • Talking to a brick wall

See I saw this slowly happening to Inhuman ...the guy was willing to help everyone and gave alot of his time to help and people then started abusing him in PMs and emails---this sport is very ME ME ME based. Youll find alot of people in this sport if you met them in person, dont have communicating skills on a social level, they talk about themselves for 30 minutes like its nothing and wont ask you even one question about yourself. Its selfabsorbtion at its finest. Anyway I feel bad for Inhuman (and you other guys) because I can see the slow change that I knew was coming where you would get to the point of thinking "what the hell is going on here? these people dont appreciate this at all and want it spoonfed to them".....Its very tough to keep your head up and not get jaundiced into thinking that people think of you only in a "what have you done for me lately and what can you do for me" kind of way. I get a ton of emails that say "Can you explain rest pausing to me and statics and (other simple stuff Ive gone over too many times to count)" and I just delete them now or I just write "intensemuscle.com" and send. You guys want to see "talking to a brick wall" at its finest? Read this post http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...light=doggc\\\[\\\^\\\\s\\\]\[\^\\s\][^\s]*&pagenumber=1
As you can see I got a little pissed off there on the last pages because its like trying to run a blind donkey backwards thru a maze talking to these guys, I wrote CFP which took me a hell of a long time to do and these guys want 7 question essays on all my trainees and it all explained to them in a lab abstract-LOL....see its posts like the above one that make me fear putting up that lat manipulation technique I was talking about months back and other theories I have in my head because Ill get so much crap on it basically I dont want to hear it.

dc- one word, jealous. forget about him. don't waste your time responding to him. spend that time writing up that stuff you mentioned floating in your head several weeks back that you don't have time to write down for us.

he's trying to make a name for himself by using you. he has something in the burner waiting touse it after he thinks he's "famous" enough

We all know that science says a bumblebee shouldn't fly. Next time you see one, let me know what he's doing. These are the same guys who gain maybe five pounds a year, and spend most of their time spinning their wheels. Sometimes you've gotta think outside the box.

LOL. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink, especially if he's pig-headed and his head's up his ass.

That FortifiedIron "Message Board King" character is a real piece work, DC. He's seems kind of like the Bizzarro to your Superman. Smart, but not giving a damn about and unwilling to share with others, and apparenly disbelieving, close-minded and argumentative, seemingly just for the sake of being so (and perhaps b/c it makes his ego feel larger)...

When someone basically insults your intelligence ("Frankly I doubt you'll even beable to understand [his training]."), and calls you a liar ("Your fact is fiction, like said before we dont doubt this program works for people, but i do doubt the degree it works. I also question your word based on some of the claims with your clients being drug free and the time frame inwhich they made such gains.")... its time to ignore him.

I'm seriously dumber after reading that garbage. Between Fortifiedjelly and Hyperspacehead I don't know who's more of a idiot.

The people at bb.com truely like to go in circles and believe nothing but what they read on bb.com, its pretty damn sad. Especially FI, he won't let it go and constantly brings up pointless bullshit. He knows DC training works, he just doesnt want to admit it so he looks dumb as hell.

It's actually entertaining. At least DC has a proven method and has many testamoninals to prove his statements. I think FI is the one that needs an open mind

yaawwnn... i just read all what 8 pages,,, ill be the first one to admit ,, when i started out in boards and forums ,, i joined AR,, reading about diff cycles and how i could become a lean 200lbs and ripped !! just like a model (maybe someday, its still a dream),, shit i was telling people dont train the same body part twice in one week your crazy !! then i saw the light ,, i was discouraged by how i looked , seeing no improvements,, training with giant sets, drop sets, wsbb (dam board presses) and no smith machine those are bad and only the weak use those. boy was i wrong , i read and read and sure i had dumb questions and i still read cfp and the dogg logg every chance i get.. now i just stay quite talk about milfs and sd (he has great improvements),, in human has been inspiration to take my training to the next level , the man is a monster in person ,, all i could really say DC is that i cant blame you for not wanting your style of training to blow up as it has,, now everyone and there moms are doing rack chins.. sorry for the rant.. but fuck those punks,, ill go kill the thread but i dont feel like registering...

i really wouldnt let anyone on that board bother you. these are the same knowledgeable people who flamed bob chic into the ground one time and hailed this 175 guy who couldnt win a mens health coverboy posedown as some kind of guru. actually if i was you i wouldnt even go over there and post, i dont think they are ready for some of your ideas.

You are absolutely right in saying that people who help end up being abused by the ones they help. Thta is true. It sucks too, because without the help...people like myself would be completely stranded on this style of training.
I got help from IH, and have thanked him repeatedly...but that is not really enough...not just saying "thanks." DC training was brought up on another board, and I said I had been getting some help here, but the guys here would only help if they could see that you have done your research. Nobody wants to hold your hand through everything. I also mentioned getting some help from IH, but I would not mention his name...I didn't want to send everybody running to him and have them wasting his time too.

So here's my thank you to all of you guys who are so willing to give the advice to those of us who just don't get it. Some of need a little hand holding to get it figured out, I sure am glad you're here to do that.

There's a reason, why that board suxs, and is the biggest net-joke. I really have no words for those kids. Why bother, screw em. Most of them, are so f--ing clueless, their parents should be smacked for failing them. Blah, blah, blah was the most educated responce, that I read from one of those wanna-coulda-shoulda beens. Nice work DC, you kept it together, well written, point made. Well, point was made if you can put two and two together, which is why you saw that go over most of their heads. If I ever read that board again, it will be to soon. Don't feed the trolls...................

hahaha, In-Human showed that to me a while back as the thread progressed and I just laughed at all of those know-it-all kids. Seriously, if any of you have you ever been a member at bb.com, you all know what I am talking about and why it is the laughing stock of the internet. I really don't see why In-Human took the time to keep going back and forth with that douche bag, it was time that he could have spent eating lol. EVERYONE over at bb.com is convinced that the Smythe is an absolutely evil machine and that it should never, ever, ever be used.
On the other note, Dante would you like me to post my thread that I have over at Muscle Mayhem here for the DC newbies that we have? The spoonfeeding is not so bad here, the majority of the new ones atleast take the time to TRY to understand it.
