dogg's training is indeed pretty complicated. every week i find out that i was doing something wrong. for example i was doing quads first, followed by hams and calves. then i realized that it should be the opposite and do quads last:
hammer strenght precher curls 95X10X4X3 + static 20 sec.
reverse barbell curls 85lbsX16
bicep stretch 60 sec.
standing calf press 200lbsX9
standing leg curls 60lbsx12x4x3 + static 20sec.
hamstring stretc 60 sec.
squats 335lbsX11, 225lbsX21
quad stretch 60 sec.
DONE
i was surprised taht my legs were not as weak as i thought they'd been on squats after working calves and hams. thanx for the advice DC, you were right once again, you put more effort into you compound exercises when you know that you can go home as soon as you complete the set!
