Silverback, One day after a hell of a chest day, I ran into traffic on the way home and was dying if I didn't get some protein down in the correct time frame, noone will ride with me after a workout anymore, so I did the next best thing, started at my feet and worked my way up, this is all thats left, just head, my GF just loves it now, hehe...
