It seems like I get headaches everynight at the carb cutoff time. Anyone else experience this? There not like head splitting but they let you know they are there.

Usually the first couple meals of the day are pro+carb, then of course carb cut off time kicks in.
It doesn't affect me on workout days though because I workout around 7 so the postworkout meal comes.
But on non workout days when I carb load all day then cut it off that is when I get them. So I was wondering if it had something to do with taking the carbs out.
My water intake is usually pretty high. I try for at least a gallon a day along with my green tea.
It could also just be my body adjusting to these new ways. -
