    are absolutely crushing their logbooks!!! what the hell has gotten into you guys? Someone get my tranquilizer gun, 2 rhinos are out of their cages and on the loose

    (the above remark is said because Dante is stinking jealous because he fights and claws for another paltry 5lb jump in weights in his logbook)

    Couple years back-wanted to show a cocky powerlifter in my gym who was boss--it was a 765lb rack deadlift for 5-6 reps (below knee level-upper shin--felt a little too much stress in that left bicep and I wont go up near there again.

      But Raul is right, there a major difference from the tonnage that your pushing around and me lifting the bah (new england accent).

        Thanks for the inspiration! That just fires me up more to hear that I'm killin' the logbook! I feel like I'm getting alot stronger.......I find myself beating up my co-workers now just to show them that I'm the alpha male. Amazing program!!

          Yeah it can be annoying when bodybuilders give bodybuilders a bad name by calling powerlifters fat slobs, but sometimes they are just as bad.

          There will be one day, when bodybuilders and powerlifters live together in tranquility :p

            One of the gyms I lift at is a powerlifting gym and I get along just fine with them. I get more psyched when they're all working out and yelling stuff. They're cool dudes in a raging mood!!

              yeah i know what ya mean with the powerlifters/strongman. i entered our gym meet back in december and pulled 650 off the floor and i let them know a bodybuilder beat em. as a matter of fact they are still hearing it from me. lol

                  Well, all the weights are still flyin' up! I'm very happy with the progress but I'm very beat up........my calves are still killing me from Monday's workout. I would post up what I did but last time I did that Dante actually flew from Cali to Connecticut and literally beat the shit out of me on my front doorstep and left!

                    This is my 5th week in. All lifts are going up significantly and bodyweight has gone up quite a bit in the last 4 weeks. Prolly go a few more weeks then cruise.

                      and dont ever think twice about taking a day off if you need it--your already training bodyparts twice as often as every other guy in the gyms and on the net--a day off wont do anything but good most of the time
