  • 12 weeks out - Half-time is here!

    Hey Doggs, just wanted to run an update. I'm 12weeks out and things are starting to tighten up more. My weight is 236lbs in the morning. Skip is real calm and collective about the prep. The mind games are starting to play in my head but I know I'm not ready until the skin is paper thin. Here are some updated pics.

                Ok this is what I'll do to make myself feel better. I'll just be like everyone else and swear that someone your size is all oiled up!

                        Looking awesome Lou, absolutely phenomenal.....the first 5'8 to 5'10 guy that gets called out next to you is going to be thinking "oh shit I got to stand next to this freak of nature right in front of my family, wife, and friends, god help me"

                            The progress from week to week in his pics hasn't been all that obvious in relation to the next 12 weeks. You guys are going to see changes every week - obvious ones - from this point out. We actually started forcing the numbers (bodyweight) down just this past week so the ball is now rolling and rolling down hill.

                            It is time to skin this cat. : )
