Had a bit of a brainwave, we have Rack chins for lat width, so what about rack rows for thickness?

That was actually posted on Mayhem a while back. Someone was saying that Rack Chins were just what you are describing. Of course we all proved him wrong, but what he explained was really a legitimate exercise. I dunno how well they work, maybe one of us can try them out

i'm not sure about the exercise, but the art work is superb. it is a cross between a leather helmet wearing-short bus riding 10 year old and da vinci. very life like and in depth.

As a fine connisseur of art I feel the above artwork can only be categorized as complete masterpieces on par with Van Gogh, Norman Rockwell, Michaelangelo, and Skippy Watkins from Cleveland. Never have I seen such deep thought put into the splash of colors, and the message it delivers is powerful--kudos to you TPC and Rackitup, Im contacting Paris France as we speak to see if they would like a copy (never the originals--they are worth millions) to hang in their finest art gallery
