  • What should I do?

    I have read a litle about DC on another page. and i want to start on it i september. BUT I have a wery god progress on the program i'm using a the moment. with 3sets on big mucsles and 2sets on the small ones..

    What should I do?

    I've gone from 67.5kg to 85kg in incline bench press in 15 weeks
    and from 80kg to 110kg i squats in 15weeks.. and all this with 6sek negativs.

      What, your making good progess so far??

      In my opinion you should be doing DC--everyone should

      BUT if I were you, as you are making good progress, stick with it for now, but start to encorporate DC methods slowly but surely. Start getting 500g protein a day, then start extreme stretching, then maybe a few months later begin rest pausing. . . . etc

      I think that explains it

            I'm 17. been traning for about 2years now.

            I'm 160pound not wery much but i will ut to 200 this year

            Anything else?

            I am gonna be traning DC from September.

            But my gym does not have more than 2 hamstring exercises
            (leg curls and stiff leg dead lift) anything i can do there?

              You can train your hamstrings on the leg press. Good luck on training Dante, I heard your going to push him to the 400 lbs barrier .

                what about lunges? is that a "good" dc exercise?

                  Have the top of your shoes over the platform and your stance must be wide, try to get a feel for it, its a really special exercise.

                      yes the right position but he says to turn your feet out a bit so heels are a bit closer together and toes are farther apart...:dcchomp:

                              Since im just 17 should i have over 400g with protein every day. i have wery good results with only 200g so can i have inof with 300g
