Hey, I've been doing DC style training for a while and I have noticed that right before I do a rest pause set I get the butterflies in my stomach (very mildly). Like the other day when I was about to do incline bench I felt them. I thought about it for a while and I think that it's actually pretty cool because it shows that I am really concerned about performing well on my set. It's not like the old way where you just go through the motions. With each DC workout you only get one chance to do the RP set well. Anybody else ever feel this?

Yes, and its not bad at all, sometimes a bit of adrenaline is good
You know you wont be doing that exercise for another 8/9 days, SO YOU HAVE TO RAPE THE EXERCISE
