I have been reading about it for months now, and I really wanted to try it. I was on cycle and knew that coming off my intensity would be flat. I decided that I would start using the DC training methods (as I understand them) during pct. I can honestly say that the change has increased my intensity. Recalling some of DC's statements about intensity has been a big help as well. I was sent over by IronAddict. I met In-Human at AR, and decided to come on over. I have spent no less than 25 hours in this forum...simply reading threads over the last week or so.
I know I am not doing everything the correct way, but I understand there is a learning curve, and it is a much flatter curve when you are getting workouot info via the net.
A little info about me.
I am 30 years old. I have trained off and on for 15 years..mostly off. The last three years have been a transformation period of prioritizing exercise in my daily routine.
I am currently 5'9" 220lbs and 12%bf (recent surgery and sickness has caused me to drop wieight and add fat).
I would say my biggest weakness is definately my dietary knowledge.
In only one full week of training this way, I have learned a great deal about myself and about my old style of training. I'm buying into this 110%...I feel results.
Thanks for being generous enough to offer your training advice to the masses, and then offer support.
