it felt ok today. i had sex with my gf before going to the gym and i lost some motivation and felt not very energized. because i had sex i hung around the house longer than usual so i was late for the gym. therefore i was rushinbg through the workout cause i cannot be late for work. by rushing through the workout i was not able to lift the kind of poundage i know i can handle. felt kind of week especially on shoulder presses.
