Same set up--higher rest pauses 15-30rp, and you might change a couple of exercises--she does lunges while i do hacks--her back really came on strong (too fast) so we got her away from deadlifts for awhile--just go with your instyncts byrd--but basically my girl is grinding it out on close grips and reverse grips and 90% of what i am--she gets on one side of the smythe machine and stands up on a bench and then deadlifts one side up if i get in trouble when spotting me--works out well

build muscle burn fat, the usual girl stuff. i only look at training to build muscle, let cardio and diet take care of fat loss.
she has been training with me for about a year. i was gonna give DC a run and wanted to know if she should do it as well, or just do 2 or 3 straight sets to failure at about 8-12 reps while warm up.

Different girls...different bodytypes...different goals....all get different rep schemes....

is there not difference in the ratio of fiber types? i thought they were more 2b oriented. i could be wrong, but i dont have time to look into it right now.
