    So are the pre and post the same since only one is listed? Also I thought malto and dexto were only for post. At least thats what I was told before by you.

      some people will get a huge energy rush and then crash if they take malto/dext preworkout. go with complex carbs beforehand - like brown rice or something.

        Same here. I remember I had some simple sugars before a workout not too long ago to try things out, and I couldn't even complete the workout. I felt extremely foggy-headed and had a headache. Bad stuff
