    Do you guys still do the slow negatives whilst warming up?

    On my first warm up set I usually do them a bit faster but always controlled.

      monkeyd, There are just that, warm ups and that is it, you save your strength for the worksets...

        in other words, no. you dont need to bother w/slow negatives when warming up since a regular pace will do the job just fine.
