Do we still do 60 second extreme stretching during our cruise? This might be an obvious question and I think the answer is going to be yes... just checking, thanks
yes but at a lesser intensity james--dont go all out with it--lets say you were doing ext stretch flyes with 60lbs dumbells for 60 seconds during blasting--just take it easy and do 30-45lbs maybe for an easier stretch--save blasting for going balls to the wall and save cruising for just kind of going thru the motions
