I do not do DC training to the T.
I train HIT and incorporate some of DC traing into my routine.
However I do the same leg routine that you guys do on the DC program.
One heavy set of 8-10 reps and the a 20 repper of squats.
My question is do you guys do two different exercises? like say heavy squats and then a 20 rep on hack squats or what every.
My problem is that I go so hard on that 10 reps set that i just don't have that maniac drive to do a 20 rep set of squats after i just did such a hard set. I kind of sike myself out. Maybe this would be easier if i used 2 different exercises.
