LOL Every week I want to do a new before and after because skip is helping me burn the fat and I can see more of what muscle I put on.

To be honest with you. Most of that muscle came on in 3 months. I was 240lbs fat when I started wtih DC and now in that after pic I am 241lbs (morning) with some abs showing.

Depending on how I do at the competitions this year, I will work with DC for a year and see what happens to me. Hope my back can sustain the weight increase.
