eleted because this is how it works ok--I show you the basic way of doing this that works absolutely the best I feel and what I think is best for you (injuries, equipment available, capabilities, goals etc)--we then go thru 2 months of tweaking and changing what we have to--(4 week weigh in with arm measurments)--you might come out with something different slightly than what you came in with because I listen to you and make changes (or dont make changes as this goes along)--my emails have gone up so rapidly because i got so many guys asking questions why this guy is doing 3 sets of quads why your only doing 2 and why that guy is doing pulldowns and that guy is doing rack pulls--- etc etc etc---you are a reflection of me ok? what you accomplish is what makes me look good...Im not going to let you fail so trust me that Im going to do my absolute best by you
