The training is going well folks but I'm having an assload of trouble getting the meals down. I'm just barely getting the six and I'm stuffing my face each meal.
This question is for those who are following the DC diet but are in Europe. I am currently in Germany and need help with some cheap food sources as I want to eat as much protein as possible without breaking the bank (food is more expensive here in Germany than it is at home in the US). So, those of you in Europe (and particularly Germany), what are some cheap food sources that I should be taking advantage of in order to get my required protein amounts for the day?
