    I thought that I heard u were going to be cutting up starting in june or july. I was wondering if u were going to use skip or continue with Dc methods of eating. Just a curiousity ?:showoff:

    eric89, DC and I will start my diet July 1st, can't even imagine starting this, we are going to go slow, then when DC feels its the appropiate time, he will hand me off to Skipmaster to take me into the contest.

    Remember the contest is December 4th, so we are trying to keep as much muscle as possible while dieting...

            JP, I will post pics when I am 8 weeks out and up to the contest, I don't want anyone laughing at me right now.

            DC has my starting pics at 265-267 but he swore he would not post them, thank god...

                Shiv, I have seen guys drop 90 lbs in 12 weeks and they looked like girls.

                We want to keep the mass here, we do lose it, but just not as much with a sudden change in diet, so we kinda criuse in sorta.

                Do you realize the people that would get hurt around me if I dieted for 12 hard weeks, the poor community...

                        James, Thanx man, I will be Masters Super Heavy and I might go open class super, but not sure there.

                        I think your fridge will be ok October and November, but that is it, then its fair game after the show...

                          Just be carefull, i find if your too lean too soon, it gets hard to hold onto the mass. Seems like once you get your metablism into overdrive it's hard to slow down. But slow and steady is best and ready too soon is always better than "panic" which you will do 100X per day last month or so anyhow...

                            silverfox, Thats why DC is starting me out 5 months, we ain't planning on loosing too much if we can help it.

                            I know Skipmaster will make me hard and dry as hell, so with DC and Skip, that sounds like a winning combo if I ever heard one...
