    Thanks for giving me the url to this board, and thanks for developing a program like this. I first read about it 2-3 days ago and I had my first training today with a friend who has tried it for a while. I jumped right to stage four with rest-paused, static and extreme streching.. i feel my fysic is up for it. If it's to much, i'll just ease it up..

    I'm 100% "turned on" by this program, because i've never traind anything like it.. i like the idea of coming to the gym and giving your all and lifting more than last time. Ofcourse this is a good consept. :P

    I've been kind of lost the last few months.. I've just been going to the gym and working out with the same amount of weights and havent gained nothing.. so i'm glad i got tipped about Doggcrapp.

    celius, Glad you like DC's program, it will change the way you will train for a long time.

    Pay close attention to your recouperation since you are starting and don't forget to eat, and if you need a little help eating, give me a call, I don't eat much but I can help you out.

    Good luck and kick that log books ass...

      yeah, i trained "kind of hard" before.. i usually train 5-6 excercises on chest, 3-5 on triceps etc etc.. been doing hell of alot more than i needed to for a while without getting burned out. so i think i'll handle this program...

      IF i can keep up the fight with the log book.. i'll give it my best, and a bit more. from what i figure, pain is the rule of this game.

        Damn, I feel like I'm in the same boat as you bro. It looks to be a great program. I printed the sticky and showed two of my gym partners. They were as blown away as I was.
