I know i know a six pack is all about being cut but I want to know of a good ab routine when doing DC training. I have found if i keep my ab strength up every other muslce is a little stronger and my lifts are more controlled. By the way do I have to stretch abs, if its possible?

TH, I do the same thing, I just try use heavy weight with perfect form.
If I am waiting for an exercise to clear of people I do abs til its ready...

I like to stretch my abs on a swiss ball just by leaning back and putting my arms out. Give it a try.
