  • Ab routine for DC training?

I know i know a six pack is all about being cut but I want to know of a good ab routine when doing DC training. I have found if i keep my ab strength up every other muslce is a little stronger and my lifts are more controlled. By the way do I have to stretch abs, if its possible?

Just do weighted crunches on one of those decline ab chairs, that should be enough!

You can throw in some supplemental ab work if you'd like. From what I tend to hear, it doesn't exactly have to be DC style. Remember though, all those damn core movements are going to build some big abs.

Does the rest/pause help when doing abs w/ a slow negative? Or just do them weighted and forget rest/pause?

I like to stretch my abs on a swiss ball just by leaning back and putting my arms out. Give it a try.
