I am starting to train Doggy style. I have read the sticky a few times and CFP back when it was availible for free. I also read the training manual you used to have.
Is there a Step by step on the extreme stretches I could find?
Does my diet look kosher?
New diet plan
oatmeal and shake
Tuna and fat
pb and chicken
Chicke and an apple
workout
pw shake
red meat and salad
pb and shake at bed
I was going to keep like 15 min of post work out cardio.
I am coming off of a contest. I want to get back my strength while trying to maintain the lower BF. I am not worried about Muscle size necessarily at this point I figure if I get strong on a daily basis the muscle size will take care of its self.
