  • Stretching-

I am starting to train Doggy style. I have read the sticky a few times and CFP back when it was availible for free. I also read the training manual you used to have.

Is there a Step by step on the extreme stretches I could find?

    Does my diet look kosher?

    New diet plan
    oatmeal and shake
    Tuna and fat
    pb and chicken
    Chicke and an apple
    workout
    pw shake
    red meat and salad
    pb and shake at bed

I was going to keep like 15 min of post work out cardio.

I am coming off of a contest. I want to get back my strength while trying to maintain the lower BF. I am not worried about Muscle size necessarily at this point I figure if I get strong on a daily basis the muscle size will take care of its self.

I hope Dante doesn't mind me putting this up! If he does mind, I'm sure he will remove it, or I can.

rugbythug, Lets see some more food here not shakes, I have 1 shake per day and on workout days I may have 2 or 3. Save the shakes for a quick meal if you have no time or you need to make up the protein defficit...

Inhuman and I (and probably a few others, I'm sure) have a bad back and we can do them. Just shift your weight on your knees (front thighs) than on your back, push the knees forward!

                          Hi there.

From my Martial Arts Background, i prefer these Exercises for the Quads. I donĀ“t know about the healthstatus, but they are my favs. They help me to concentrate totally to the stretch, without getting out of balance or such, and they stretch both legs at one time.

                          http://www.bryanweatherup.com/gouge/...es/quad-ff.jpg
I lay there, but i grab both legs. I keep my abs, hips, head, and everything down an the floor, and stretch.

                          Anotherone, but hardcore is this:
                          Start:
                          http://fit4martialarts.com/condit12.jpg

From the "sitting" position, i lay back, to get in the complete on the floor position without changing my width distance of the legs, i keep theme absolutely near at each other.

                          End:

A passive stretch from your partner would be this:
                          http://www.capecodmassage.com/assets...dstretch55.JPG

                          Ps.
IMG Code is off for me, so you have to click on the links to see the images.
