  • Rep Ranges

Please forgive me if I missed this but I've searched here and Mayhem and can't find it. What are guide lines Dogg suggests for determining our rep ranges from workout to workout, high rep 12-15 mid 8-10, or low 4-6? I realize he has his program geared to strength so I would assume it would be mid to low.

    Thanks in advance.

veemann, I understand you are from michigan, so I will help you since anyone from there needs it.

We do some exercises 11-15, 15-20, 20-30RP and we also do straight sets at 8 then 4 sometimes 20, or heavy brutal set of 12...

      LOL...
      Thanks for the reply.
I understand the variation with the reps but is the range determined by the bodypart or by some other guide.

veemann, Yes it is determined by both, the exercises and the bodypart, since we do r/p for some exercises and straight sets for others.

Oh yes that god forsaken piece of shit hell you call a state, I grew up in Wayne County in Garden City, man I still have nightmares about that place, but if you need to have a never ending supply of buffetts go to Michigan...
