I'll tell you what I hate:
Shrugs ---any variety, but i especially cringe when guys do em and roll their shoulders around while they do em.
Laterals --- they didn't do JACK for my shoulders but hey if they work for you cool.
Curls ---I do em but the only reason i hate em is because i see guys doing curls curls curls for the girls ALL the time in the gym i feel like one of them when doing it. yes it is snobbery im sorry but its ridiculous how much time is spent focusing on curls with some of these guys.
Ab exercises --- I hate doing em but sometimes i'll do some standing cable crunches because i hate working em so much i just want to get it done with as least amount of effort as possible. goodness i hate training abs.
Anything with a swiss-ball.
