I'm curious as to what everyone's favorite exercises are (if you could only choose one).
Mine are:
Chest: Weighted Dips (This exercise has always been good to me)
Back Thickness: Rack Deadlift
Back Width: Rack Pull Up
Shoulders: Military Press
Traps: Behind the back Smith Shrug
Quads: Squat
Hamstrings: Stiff Leg Deadlift
Calves: Donkey Calf Raise
Biceps: Machine Preacher (Just started doing these and love them)
Triceps: Close Grip Bench
Forearms/Brachialis: 1-Arm Cable Hammer Curl
