  • Everyone's favorite exercises?

    I looked and did not see a thread like this, but if this has already been posted, forgive me.

    I'm curious as to what everyone's favorite exercises are (if you could only choose one).

    Mine are:
    Chest: Weighted Dips (This exercise has always been good to me)
    Back Thickness: Rack Deadlift
    Back Width: Rack Pull Up
    Shoulders: Military Press
    Traps: Behind the back Smith Shrug
    Quads: Squat
    Hamstrings: Stiff Leg Deadlift
    Calves: Donkey Calf Raise
    Biceps: Machine Preacher (Just started doing these and love them)
    Triceps: Close Grip Bench
    Forearms/Brachialis: 1-Arm Cable Hammer Curl

    Shoulders: Barbell Press
    Triceps: Reverse Grip Smythe
    Back Width: Close Grip Reverse Pulldown
    Back thickness: T-Bar Rows with bb in corner
    Biceps: Alt. DB Biceps Curls
    Forearms: Reverse Grip Cable Curl
    Calves: Calf Press on Leg press
    Hams: Ham Press on Leg press
    Quads: Front squat

      Back thickness: T-bar rows
      Back width: Lat pulldown
      Shoulders: Smythe military presses
      Quads: Squat
      Hamstrings: Lying leg curl
      Calves: Standing calf raises
      Biceps: Standing EZ curls
      Triceps: Close grip bench
      Forearms/Brachialis: Standing concentration hammer curls
      Blade

                  Chest: wide grip slight incline press
                  shoulder: military press
                  tris: reverse grip press
                  back width: rack chins front
                  back thick: rack deads
                  biceps: ez bar standing curls
                  forearms: hammer curls
                  calves: donkey calves
                  hammys: (my new fav) long stepped on an incline lunges
                  quads: SQUATS BABY!
