  • Locking out????

    Hi guys,

If I was doing reverse grip benches for triceps for example, at the top, should you lock out and give the tris a good squeeze, or would this be bad for the joints? I know not to lock out on such exercises for legs (squats/SLDL's etc) just wondering about tris?

    Thanks guys, RKP

(in the beginning phase when you lower all your poundages to compensate for the form and eccentric portion, can you still get bigger if though you now not using usual working set weights, (until u surpass them))??

Rackitup, to be totally honest with you, size will come quick from doing the exercise and eating properly. I can honestly say I'm already seeing some results and I just started. Good luck!!

Hard not to, isn't it? Back when I was taught NOT to lock out, damn it took me weeks to not lock out a single time.
