    Preacher Curls with EZ curl bar - outer grip
    seated curls
    cable curls from top

    im having trouble adding mass to bis, every other muscle is growing well tho so it has to be my choice of exercises, my bis just dont get stronger

    Personally I prefer straightbar curls as opposed to using a curl bar...however it can sometimes be a bit awkward on the wrists if you aren't accustomed to a SB.
    Try some hammer curls occasionally too. I would make up a list of 6-7 Bi movements and use about 4 of them for each bi workout. Make sure you use at least 2 good "mass Builders" in each bi workout...SB curls, Curl bar curls, preachers, standing or sitting DB curls, hammers.
    Try some drop sets every other w/o too...change up the routine constantly man...the body is an adaptive sort.
    Something else...and some may disagree, which of course is okay.
    The biceps is a relatively small muscle and recuperates quicker than most (lats, pecs). You could train bi's more frequently to see if that helps matters. if it doesn't then go back to your reg schedule.

      Supersport, great advice you gave Rick. Two things though, one is we don't do dropsets in this routine. I believe it's because we would lose the benefit of using the heaviest weight and it would end up being more like a set extender. Second thing is with DC's training is that DC believes (tmk), that changing exercises up for variety's sake takes away from our goals of constant progression in certain exercises. Now if you pick 3 exercises for that bodypart to switch between every other session, well.................

          Rick85, Maybe try Standing Dumbell Curls, Straight Bar Drag Curls, and like Super said Straight Bar Preachers. Save the Hammer Curls for Forearms...

              If I may.........Straight bar drag curls are started from the normal position of a bar curl and then instead of a regular curl, you would drag the bar up along the front of your body, keeping contact. The elbows would move back behind your body, naturally in the movement.

                  hompie, Have you ever heard the story when DC wants to take two twins and train one his way and the other just train what everyone else does, well jimpaul is my twin who trained the other way, so if he answers, its really both of us answering, just thought I would let you know...
