How long does it normally take you guys in the gym when doing it Dc style? Right now I go through my workouts fast usually finish up in less than an hour but I am only doing 1 bodypart per day sometimes 2 like tris and bis.

Somedays I just try and go balls to the wall and as soon as my partner finishes I am right on it and finish in 35 to 40 minutes.

Usually takes me over an hour, but I rest a bit more than most people between exercises and I train alone.

I had my first "real" session this morning and it took about an hour and fifteen. I've dabbled for the last month and it took a little over an hour each session.

I'm usually done in about an hour, though the days with calves tend to take me an extra 15 minutes.

In peoples opinions, what is the most "painful" exercise?? Would it be calves??

I'd guess it varies from person to person. For me it's hack squats and calves.
