Hey everyone,
Iv been doing as DC recommends and pound down all the protein first in each meal, and then carbs to fill me up.
The difference between my previous diet and this new DC one is that protein has increased (to 400g) which fills me up; so carbs have therefore decreased proportionally.
But, not having a INHUMAN/DANTE appetite, i eat all the protein but Im then Im full!!, do i have to then false some carbs down?? (otherwise my calaries will be too low)
[I know DC can't discuss nutrition details, so Im just asking others their suggestions]
I eat 7/8times a day, I cant eat that much in only 5sittings, and can only afford protein shakes twice a day
Looking at it at different perspectives i have a few options:
False down carbs (but then when would I add fats)--fats and carbs in one meal???
OR, To keep appetite high, drink virgin oil, (but then WHEN would I add carbs (else i feel flat, and have less energy)
