Today I weighed in for my navy prt (physical readiness test) and since I've been on dc training program i gained about a good solid 7 Llbs in about 3 weeks. they said i am overweight because i am 5'6" and weigh 180, well i dont look fat im just stocky and i for some reason my body dosent want to be about 200lbs so i have to inch my way through little by little. i want to be bigger. my waist is 34" and my neck is 16". thats how they get my body fat at 20%. my questions is if i workout my neck and make it bigger can i probably get away with weighing about 190-200 , is this true? and what neck excercises can build neck muscle? need advice with the quickness, thanx
