    What do you guys have after cardio just a protein drink in water or anything different?

    I only do Cardio Pre-Contest and follow it with an MRP.

      depends on the person electric but "usually" its a pro carb meal --maybe 60 grams of both, depends on time of day, who the person is, and if Inhuman mistakenly (on purpose) ate their meal while they were doing cardio
