Well its all over now a couple weeks and Ill be out from the high school world into the slightly closer to reality world of college which will have even more distractions that will take time away from training and eating. I sweated so much while dancing at prom that this morning I felt like I had just lost 8 pounds not to mention the fact that after eating the prom dinner at 8pm I didnt have a chance to eat for the rest of the night till I got home at 3am and went to straight to bed after a shower at 3:30am and then woke up at 1pm. So thats 15!!! hours of not eating. But hey its my senior year right it wont come around again I probably just set myself back a week in training but Ill catch back up sooner then later. Dont get me wrong I wasnt happy about it when I got home and looked at myself in the mirror but now iI feel better as Im eating this 8 whole eeg omelet with white rice and black beans.
During the dance around 11:30 or so I got extremely bloated for some reason and it stayed like that for the rest of the time preventing me from taking my shirt off. It couldnt have been from food because I hadnt been eating. I did stay hydrated though as I constantly drank between dances. Anyone have any clue why that woluld have happened?
