    Well its all over now a couple weeks and Ill be out from the high school world into the slightly closer to reality world of college which will have even more distractions that will take time away from training and eating. I sweated so much while dancing at prom that this morning I felt like I had just lost 8 pounds not to mention the fact that after eating the prom dinner at 8pm I didnt have a chance to eat for the rest of the night till I got home at 3am and went to straight to bed after a shower at 3:30am and then woke up at 1pm. So thats 15!!! hours of not eating. But hey its my senior year right it wont come around again I probably just set myself back a week in training but Ill catch back up sooner then later. Dont get me wrong I wasnt happy about it when I got home and looked at myself in the mirror but now iI feel better as Im eating this 8 whole eeg omelet with white rice and black beans.
    During the dance around 11:30 or so I got extremely bloated for some reason and it stayed like that for the rest of the time preventing me from taking my shirt off. It couldnt have been from food because I hadnt been eating. I did stay hydrated though as I constantly drank between dances. Anyone have any clue why that woluld have happened?

          well...

          Being a freshman in college myself, I can say that the college environment actually makes it easier for me to lift regularly, maintain a good diet, and keep a good schedule. A) The campus gym is so close I never have an excuse not to go B) The dining halls are filled with everything, leaving an oppurtunity to eat horrible, but a better oppurtunity to eat very quality meals C) Once you get your class schedule worked out, fitting the gym in kind of like another class becomes real routine. Obviously the "drink till you can't feel feelings anymore" mentality is all over the place, but if you want something bad enough, that's just a minor glitch you have to avoid. I'm not saying you can't have fun in college, you just gotta balance your time according to your goals. Good luck man, college is awesome... i'm actually nervous my schedule might not be as good over the summer... workings sucks. Peace.

            Thanks for the run down James I am looking forward to it. About th dining halls as long as they have meat Im fine since its all you can eat I tear that dining hall up as often as possible. Im also going to work as a personal trainer either in the college gym or another one so thatll keep me in check I defnetely wont miss workout days. Im not really a big drinker I actually usually never do but being in college will make partying a usual thing so hopefully Ill deal with that and just have fun sober.

              Trust me, I go to a lot of college parties *or atleast i used to * and people seem to respect your 'not drinking' more than you might think. I had this one friend though that would absolutely MAKE me drink or he'd get extremely pissed and actually ask me to leave. What a dick. Most people barely have control over their own actions, so I doubt too many are gonna give a shit that you aren't drinking

                          The bloating could have happened for any reason at all.

                          Believe it or not, you can bloat if you are under psychological stress.

                          Maybe you were stressed out about choosing which chick to take home, lol . . .

                          Some people are more prown to blaoting than others, but I wouldn;t sweat it, no pun intended . . .

                          College is great. I had fun, but once my baseball career was over freshman year, I didn;t set foiot in the gym and paid the price. Turned into a beer swilling fat-ass.
